Jorge Fournier is a commercial real estate specialist with a specialization in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and management of commercial real estate. Fournier is responsible for overseeing the general operations of the company; research, acquisition, development, and leasing, among other aspects. Jorge joined the CCM Family in 1991.
Betsy Alvarez has a solid background and extensive experience in all aspects of financial analysis reporting, auditing, taxes, management advisory, accounting, and software system consulting. Prior to joining CCM, she worked for one of the largest local CPA firms, where she obtained a vast experience in different industries, including real estate. She served as vice-president and manager at the Internal Audit Department of The Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico, complementing her experience in the areas of investments, local government, federal funds, as well as compliance audits for federal programs. For seven years she successfully practiced as a consultant for many different types of industries in the evaluation and implementation of accounting systems, management consulting services, auditing and information system trainings.
Betsy Alvarez joined the CCM family in 1998. Since then she has had the opportunity to oversee and develop the finance accounting and systems departments in CCM. She is a member of the CCM Puerto Rico Executive Committee. She also actively participated in the procurement to obtain and construct the first three solar commercial systems that received a 75% incentive from the Office of Energy of Puerto Rico and was actively involved in achieving award for ARRA funds to improve the energy efficiency and electrical demands of our properties.
At present, she oversees the Management Information systems division of the Company. She also actively participates in various committees formed to maximize productivity in the Company’s Operations and other special projects.
Her favorite saying is “Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss you will land among the stars”.
Yvette Meléndez is CCM’s Vice President of Leasing, with over thirty years of experience in commercial real estate, international sales and marketing in the retail industry. She leads a group of highly motivated professionals in charge of procurement, follow-up and closing of all leasing activities at CCM, comprising over 3.5 million square feet of real estate.
Prior to joining the company in 1999, she worked for 14 years as Caribbean Business Manager for Estée Lauder and was instrumental in the roll out of the Lauder brands throughout the Caribbean. After a brief period as Sales and Marketing Manager for Elizabeth Arden Puerto Rico, Yvette crossed over to the retail aspect of the business as Vice President of ABC Netherlands. She was responsible for all sales and marketing activities for 20 stores throughout St. Thomas, St. Maarten, Aruba, Curacao, Bonaire and the Duty Free Stores at Luis Muñoz Marín Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Yvette graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico, with a degree in Secretarial Sciences. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in PR.
She loves reading, gardening, and sharing her free time with her family, including 4 grandsons.
Maria Fernanda Vélez-Pastrana joined CCM in October 2021 as Director of Leasing. She supports and co-leads this dynamic leasing team to preserve CCM’s excellent service-oriented reputation whilst growing new business in the Puerto Rico real estate market. Currently, the Leasing Department manages all new lease negotiations, lease renewals, and tenant support for over 600 tenants in over 3.5 million square feet. She is a member of the CCM Puerto Rico Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CCM, Maria Fernanda worked in the litigation Department at McConnell Valdés until 1998, when she later established her own law practice concentrating on commercial real estate, property management, commercial counseling, contractual litigation, and commercial bankruptcy cases. Maria Fernanda brings to CCM her vast experience in civil law, and a leadership style that focuses on teamwork and innovation.
Maria Fernanda obtained her BA from the University of Puerto Rico, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She is admitted to practice before the Puerto Rico Supreme Court, the U. S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico and to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She is a licensed real estate broker.
Maria Fernanda is proud to be part of CCM’s philanthropic interests and an active participant in CCM’s outreach events. Independently, she is involved with Proyecto Enlace-Caño Martin Peña, a project committed to improving the quality of life for that underserved community. She also serves as a member of Notarios por Puerto Rico, which provides free notarial services in underserved communities. She loves yoga, reading, knitting and traveling.
As CCM’s Vice President of Construction, Salvador has a proven record supervising teams of architects, engineers, construction managers, general contractors, and subcontractors to successfully complete projects within the company’s requirements. He oversees all development and construction projects ranging over 3.5 million square feet of commercial property.
He joined the CCM family in 2009 and is a member of the CCM Puerto Rico Executive Committee. Salvador is a licensed engineer with a Bachelor’s in Science of Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of PR. He has more than 30 years of experience in the development of Residential and Infrastructure projects.
Salvador has developed nearly 2MW of photovoltaic system projects for CCM and has implemented other technologies that have succeeded in reducing energy consumption in the properties managed by CCM.
Salvador is an active member of the Puerto Rican Association of Engineers and Surveyors (CIAPR).
Salvador is an open water swimmer and lover of history, travel, nature, and music.
Mrs. González is responsible for the overall planning, organization, and management of CCM’s accounting department since 2001. Her functions include overseeing the completion of the financial statements and reports, annual budgets, compliance of internal controls, and cash management. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico with a BBA in Accounting & Finance. She also has an MBA in Human Resources Administration and Accounting.
As head of CCM’s Operations Department, Noed Montes leads a team of property managers and support personnel who are responsible for the oversight of over 3.5 million square feet of real estate ranging from Shopping Centers, Marinas to corporate office buildings. He is a member of the CCM Puerto Rico Executive Committee.
Noed is a licensed mechanical engineer in Puerto Rico with a Bachelor’s degree in Sciences of Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering Management.
With over a decade of experience in real estate, Noed has been a part of the CCM family since 2010. Prior to his current position as Vice President of the Operations Department, he held various positions in CCM, from property manager, project manager, and operations director.
Noed has a keen knowledge for innovation, resiliency and energy management. He and his team create meaningful impact towards creating value and operational excellence for our company.
Noed is also a licensed Project Manager Professional, Certified Energy Manager, Real Estate Broker and Leed Green Associate.
He is affiliated with Colegio de Ingenieros y Agrimensores de Puerto Rico (CIAPR) and is a member of Asociación de Centros Comerciales de Puerto Rico (ACCP), Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and the Board of Directors for Cangrejos Yacht Club.
Noed enjoys open sea fishing in his spare time.
Roxanna Glück is CCM’s Finance Manager. She is involved in overseeing cash management, financial analysis, ensuring loan compliance, actively participating in refinancing due diligence, and managing distributions to partners. She is a member of the CCM Puerto Rico Executive Committee.
She has a long-standing tenure at our company, having joined us in April 2007. Roxanna is a graduate from Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in communications and holds an MBA from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico.
Roxanna is a dog lover, an avid reader and exercise enthusiast.
