- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Office Systems
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position
- Be fully bilingual (English and Spanish) and have oral and written communication skills in both languages
- Experience and aptitude in the use of computer systems and their respective programs such as: Microsoft Office® (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint,), Publisher, SharePoint
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask with minimal supervision
- Ability to write and prepare letters, memos and documents
- Must be discreet, diplomatic, possess self-control, be courteous, tactful, and demonstrate poise
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and respect with people at all levels
- Teamwork Oriented
- Ability to handle a high volume of work, take calls effectively and be organized
